  • High School graduated, bachelor degree holder is preferred
  • Have a good command of English & Chinese
  • Work independently with minimum supervision
  • Possess good communication, interpersonal and supervisory skills
  • Get along with fellow Team Members and work as a team
  • Be willing to work any day of the week and any shift
  • In charge of Quality Control and Training in the team and oversee workflow and work standard in the Center.
  • Monitoring Dispatchers’ performance, productivity, service standard and follow up standard
  • Work closely with Manager about new system updates and new information release
  • Liaise with internal and external departments. And source suitable training including languages, service quality, etc for the Centre
  • Fully taking care of Maximo, FCS, PDA, radios, telephone system, fire panels and other operational issues
  • Supervise the daily operation in the Center
  • Assign daily manpower for different property’s workload. Oversee and solve daily operational problems and bring up to Manager of the Center
  • Respond to email service request and urgent cases
  • Respond to incidents, escalation and reports
  • Monitor and maintain normal operation of the Center within the complex
